How can I place an order?
Choose your product, upload your photo/design on our website, WhatsApp, or email, confirm your preview, and place your order.
Do I get to see my design before printing?
Yes ✅ We always share a preview for your confirmation before final printing.
What types of files are supported?
We support JPG, PNG, PDF, and most common image formats.
What is the delivery timeline?
Printing takes 1–3 business days, and delivery across India takes 3–8 business days.
Some products have free delivery, while others may include shipping charges depending on order value.
What if my product is damaged on delivery?
We accept returns for damaged or defective products only. An unboxing video is mandatory for verification.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Once the design is confirmed and sent for printing, cancellation or changes are not possible. Please review your preview carefully.
