At PrintHike, every product is made with care and customized especially for you. Since our items are personalized and printed on demand, we have a limited return and refund policy. Please read this page carefully before placing an order.


Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only in the following cases:

  • The product arrives damaged.
  • The product is defective or has a serious printing error from our side.
  • The product received is different from what you ordered.

⚠️ Important:

  • Customers must provide an unboxing video (from start to finish, without cuts) as proof for return claims.
  • Without the unboxing video, we cannot process any return requests.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Since our products are customized and made to order, we cannot accept returns for reasons such as:
    • Change of mind
    • Wrong photo/design uploaded by the customer
    • Slight color or brightness variations (printing colors may differ slightly from what you see on screen)
    • Orders canceled after printing has started

🔄 Refund Policy

  • Once your return request is approved, we will process your refund within 7 business days.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at checkout (bank, wallet, UPI, etc.).
  • In case of prepaid orders with COD (Cash on Delivery), refunds will be issued to your provided bank/UPI account.

🔁 Replacements

  • If your order is eligible for return, you may choose either:
    1. A full refund, or
    2. A replacement product of the same type (reprinted and shipped at no extra cost).

📦 Return Process

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery through WhatsApp (+91 9756000402) or Email (PrintHike.com@gmail.com).
  2. Share your order ID and unboxing video with us.
  3. Our support team will verify your claim.
  4. Once approved, you will receive instructions to return the defective product (if needed).
  5. Refund/replacement will be initiated after verification.

⚠️ Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled only before printing starts.
  • Once the design is approved and printing has begun, no cancellations or refunds are possible.

📑 Important Notes

  • Slight color or size variations are common in printing and do not qualify as defects.
  • Refund/replacement eligibility is at the sole discretion of PrintHike’s quality team.
  • For faster resolution, always keep your order details ready while contacting support.
