At PrintHike, every product is made with care and customized especially for you. Since our items are personalized and printed on demand, we have a limited return and refund policy. Please read this page carefully before placing an order.
✅ Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns only in the following cases:
- The product arrives damaged.
- The product is defective or has a serious printing error from our side.
- The product received is different from what you ordered.
⚠️ Important:
- Customers must provide an unboxing video (from start to finish, without cuts) as proof for return claims.
- Without the unboxing video, we cannot process any return requests.
❌ Non-Returnable Items
- Since our products are customized and made to order, we cannot accept returns for reasons such as:
- Change of mind
- Wrong photo/design uploaded by the customer
- Slight color or brightness variations (printing colors may differ slightly from what you see on screen)
- Orders canceled after printing has started
🔄 Refund Policy
- Once your return request is approved, we will process your refund within 7 business days.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at checkout (bank, wallet, UPI, etc.).
- In case of prepaid orders with COD (Cash on Delivery), refunds will be issued to your provided bank/UPI account.
🔁 Replacements
- If your order is eligible for return, you may choose either:
- A full refund, or
- A replacement product of the same type (reprinted and shipped at no extra cost).
📦 Return Process
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery through WhatsApp (+91 9756000402) or Email (PrintHike.com@gmail.com).
- Share your order ID and unboxing video with us.
- Our support team will verify your claim.
- Once approved, you will receive instructions to return the defective product (if needed).
- Refund/replacement will be initiated after verification.
⚠️ Cancellations
- Orders can be canceled only before printing starts.
- Once the design is approved and printing has begun, no cancellations or refunds are possible.
📑 Important Notes
- Slight color or size variations are common in printing and do not qualify as defects.
- Refund/replacement eligibility is at the sole discretion of PrintHike’s quality team.
